- UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEM means a virtual item purchased from a designated virtual shop that is kept inside an in-game mailbox and never withdrawn from it.
- GOLD POINTS means virtual points that MU Online makes available for purchase by users subject to the terms of the appropriate license. All obtained Gold Points are valid for 30 calendar days.
- SERVICE means collectively any online facilities, tools, services, or information that MU Online makes available through the website either now or in the future.
- PAYMENT INFORMATION means any details required for the purchase of Gold Points from this website, including but not limited to names, addresses, credit/debit card numbers, bank account numbers, and sort codes.

2. Quality Assurance and Refund Policy
MU Online aims to always provide high-quality virtual items (obtained in exchange for Gold Points) that are fault-free. Faults include, but are not limited to, data corruption.
- This refund policy covers only faults that impair the use of the Gold Points.
- This refund policy does not cover use difficulties arising from issues such as file incompatibility or minor mistakes in virtual items themselves, such as spelling errors or graphical faults that do not result from data corruption.
- Gold Points cannot be exchanged back into a currency. Purchases of Gold Points sets are not refundable.
- If a purchased set of Gold Points is not exchanged for virtual items within 14 calendar days, it is no longer valid and cannot be the subject of a refund. Refund requests for Gold Points purchases within 14 calendar days are at the exclusive discretion of MU Online management.
- If a virtual item was given to a user under terms of bonus, gift, or promotion, it cannot be the subject of a refund into Gold Points.
- If a virtual item contains faults upon receipt, you should inform MU Online immediately and must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it in order to receive Gold Points back equal to the purchase price of the relevant virtual item. Any notifications received outside of this time period are at the exclusive discretion of MU Online management.
- Accidental purchases of Gold Points resulting from a technical fault in the payment system must be disputed with the respective payment processor. MU Online is not responsible for any technical faults arising from payment processors and is not in charge of handling credit/debit and bank transactions undertaken to purchase Gold Points.
- Where any refund is issued under any circumstances, MU Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate the respective account on the website.
