How to Access Crywolf

Crywolf is located at the southeastern area of **Valley of Loren**. It’s a key strategic fortress where the allied forces of humans and elves defend against Kundun's army. The fortress is naturally protected by the land itself, but it’s not invincible.

Here’s how you can access Crywolf:

• Level Requirements: Players must be at least level 160 to enter the Crywolf map. However, it’s recommended that players be level 300 or higher for a better chance of survival.
• Entry Point: You can access Crywolf by using a **Warp Scroll** or manually entering through the **Valley of Loren**. The entrance coordinates are (164,35).

Once inside, get ready for the intense battles as you protect the Wolf Statue and help defend the fortress!

The Crywolf Invasion

The **Crywolf Invasion** is a mini-game where players must defend the **Wolf Statue** and protect the altars around it. The statue is vital in defending against the invasion, but it needs to be protected by players—especially **Elf characters**—who can create contracts with the altars to strengthen the statue’s defenses.

• Defend the Wolf Statue: The goal is to protect the statue from Balgass and his army. The statue is powered by the altars, which can only be empowered by Elf characters.
• Protect the Altars: The altars surround the Wolf Statue. Players need to defend the altars and help the elves keep them empowered.
• Defeat Balgass: At the end of the invasion, Balgass, the final boss, will spawn. Defeat him to win the event!

The event ends when either the statue is destroyed or Balgass is defeated. Success depends on how well the team can protect the altars and defeat Balgass.

Event Schedule & Timing

The **Crywolf Invasion** event has a fixed schedule and starts at specific times. Here’s the breakdown:

• Event Duration: The event runs for 30 minutes, with the battle beginning immediately after the **Cutscene Period**.
• Schedule: The event happens twice a day. For example, the event might be held from **09:29 - 10:00 UTC** on Wednesdays. The schedule is displayed in-game before the event starts.
• System Notice: When the event is about to begin, a system notice will appear in the Crywolf map, alerting all players.
• Cutscene: A short cutscene will play before the event begins, showing the approaching monsters, but players cannot attack them during this time.

Event Mechanics & Rules

The **Crywolf Invasion** follows these mechanics to ensure a challenging and strategic battle:

• Party Play: You can form a party with other players to increase your chances of survival and to coordinate your attacks.
• Elf Class Requirement: Only **Elf** characters, at least level 350, can create a contract with the **Wolf Statue** altars. There can be a maximum of **2 contracts** at a time.
• No PvP: PvP is not allowed during the mini-game. You can’t attack or fight other players.
• Contract Period: During the contract period, Elf characters must stand in the contract circle around the altars to strengthen the statue’s defenses. If they leave the circle or die, the contract is broken.
• Monster Waves: Waves of monsters will attack from the north, east, and south entrances of the fortress. Players need to defend the altars and eliminate the waves before Balgass arrives.
• Death Penalty: There is no penalty for dying, and you will respawn at a specific location in the map.

Victory & Failure Conditions

The outcome of the Crywolf Invasion depends on whether the **Wolf Statue** survives the attack or not:

• Victory: The event is won if the **Wolf Statue** is protected, all altars remain intact, and **Balgass** is defeated.
• Failure: If the **Wolf Statue** is destroyed or if all the altars are lost, the event will fail, and the entire realm will suffer consequences.

When the event fails, the entire realm will experience a **decreased drop rate** for certain items, and the **Crywolf Fortress** will lose its safe zone protection.

Event Rewards

Here’s what you can earn from participating in the Crywolf Invasion:

• Individual Rewards: Players will earn **Jewel of Bless** and **Event Points** based on their performance during the event. The more damage you deal to Balgass and the monsters, the more points you earn!
• Event Points: These are earned by killing monsters and completing the objectives. Players with the highest **Event Points** will receive additional **EXP** rewards at the end of the event.
• Server-Wide Rewards: If the event is successfully completed, all players in the realm will benefit from increased **success rates** for crafting and decreased **monster HP**.
