About MUOnline.ai: Who Runs This MU Online Private Server

Who runs MUOnline.ai?

The game servers, this website, the account panel, the vote and daily-reward systems and the web shop are all run by the MUOnline.ai team. The team publishes as MUOnline.ai rather than under personal names, and server announcements on the news page come from the same team, which ran several separate MU Online servers before the March 2026 merge.

What is MUOnline.ai?

MUOnline.ai runs on Season 21 Part 3 server files, with its own accounts, rules and rates: resets, Grand Resets, GP, Vote Points and 5000x and 99,999x EXP.

• Permanent Realm: 5000x EXP, 60,000 max stats, the default realm and the one that stays online long term.
• Speed Realm Autumn Edition: 99,999x EXP, 60,000 max stats, live since Friday 2 October 2026 at 16:00 CEST. No close date has been set; when it closes you can export up to 2 characters to the Permanent Realm.

Full rates, reset rules and commands are on the realm page.

How did MUOnline.ai become one server with two realms?

The merge announcement named two reasons: the separate servers had lost activity, and too much of what remained was bots. The stated goal was one active server where real players meet for PvP, PvM, events and trading.

How is the server operated day to day?

• Anti-cheat: server-side anti-cheat with HWID checks, introduced with the March 2026 merge.
• Rules: the Terms of Service ban bots, bug exploits and third-party programs, and chargebacks or payment fraud lead to a permanent suspension. Realm-specific rules are listed on the realm page.
• Payments: the web shop is optional, charges in euros and takes payments through Stripe and PayPal.
• Refunds: GP and virtual items are digital goods; the refund policy sets out the legal exceptions.
• Your data: what the site stores and why is explained in the privacy policy.
• Support: ask in Discord or write through the contact form.

Where do the numbers on this site come from?

Event times, vote and daily rewards, and the GP-per-euro figure are read from the server's configuration files when a page loads. Event timers on the events page come from the server's event files in UTC, and the GP rate in site notices comes from the same package table the payment system uses.

Realm rates and stat caps shown on the site are updated when the server settings change. Older news posts keep the values that applied on the day they were published.
