Where the MUOnline.ai community lives
Discord: support, trading, guilds and announcements
Discord is the main channel for MUOnline.ai: help with the launcher or your account, item trading, guild recruitment and announcements such as new realm openings.
Facebook group
Realm announcements and player posts for anyone who prefers not to use Discord.
YouTube channel
Server videos and event clips; more are on the media page.
MUOnline.ai has no forum of its own. Discussion happens in Discord, and guides to classes and events live on this website.
How to get help or report a problem
Ask in Discord first
Launcher, login, in-game and payment questions get the quickest answers in Discord. Report suspected cheaters there too; a server-side anti-hack system was introduced with the realm merge of 11 March 2026.
Contact form and policies
For account or payment matters that should stay private, use the contact form. See also the refund policy, terms of service and privacy policy.
Vote for MUOnline.ai on MU Top 100 and earn Vote Points
1 Vote Point per verified vote, every 12 hours
Log in and open the vote page in your account. Only MU Top 100 votes are rewarded: each verified vote earns 1 Vote Point (VP), with a new reward every 12 hours and a 60-second click cooldown.
How verification works
Opening the vote page grants nothing by itself. The server checks MU Top 100 for an unclaimed vote under your username within 36 hours. No account yet? Create a free account first.
Daily missions and streak bonuses
Daily missions (cap 15 VP a day)

Daily Chest streaks
Opening the chest on consecutive days adds +2 VP on day 3 and +5 VP on day 7. The chest and its streak bonus count toward the same 15 VP daily cap; if too little of the cap is left, the chest stays closed that day.
