Reset and Grand Reset rules
Reset and Grand Reset values are read from the live server config and apply to both realms.

What is a reset in MU Online?
What a reset does
A reset sends a character back to level 1 while it keeps a permanent bonus, so every cycle makes it stronger. Every MUOnline.ai realm uses resets and Grand Resets.
How /reset works on MUOnline.ai
- Level your character until it meets the reset requirement.
- Type /reset in the game chat; the character returns to level 1 with its reset bonus.
- Spend your points with the /add commands below.
/reset auto for VIP5 accounts
VIP5 unlocks /reset auto, which resets your character by itself while it levels. VIP5 costs 59.99 EUR per 30 days in the web shop or 1260 Vote Points in the vote shop; each verified MU Top 100 vote pays 1 Vote Point every 12 hours. Every VIP price is on the shop page. Earn VIP with votes.
Grand Reset requirements and daily limits
A Grand Reset is the bigger cycle above normal resets. It needs 20 resets, level 400 and 50,000,000 zen. There is no cap per character, but each account can do at most 20 Grand Resets per realm in any 24 hours. Every Grand Reset adds 1 Grand Reset point, up to 20.
Grand Resets also pay off on the website (full tables on the community page):
- Daily Rewards: the "gain a Grand Reset" mission gives 6 Vote Points (15 VP daily cap, Europe/Amsterdam time).
- Invites: 8 VP when a friend you invited reaches their first Grand Reset.
- Guild Points: 1 point when an invited member reaches a first Grand Reset, plus 1 per day for each member online with at least 1 Grand Reset.
Stat commands and the 60,000 max stats
Every stat caps at 60,000 on both realms; 99,999x EXP simply gets you there sooner than 5000x. These are the commands you use after each reset:
- /addstr X, /addagi X, /addvit X, /addene X: add X points to Strength, Agility, Vitality or Energy.
- /addcmd X: add Command points (Dark Lord only).
- /addstr auto X: add stat points automatically while you level.
- /evoquest: fast class evolution. Evolution names such as Templar Commander (Webzen: Temple Guard Commander) are on the classes page.

Speed Realm Autumn Edition rules and character export
The Speed Realm Autumn Edition opened on Friday 2 October 2026 at 16:00 CEST, is live now and runs for a limited season. The close date is announced on the news page and in Discord before the export window opens.
How the character export works
- Up to 2 characters per account move to the Permanent Realm.
- The export runs once per account, in one batch; characters you leave out cannot follow later.
- Your account must be offline on both realms, and blocked characters cannot be exported.
- Your Permanent Realm account needs free character slots.
- The export keeps working after the Speed Realm Autumn Edition closes.
Icewind Castle times
Speed Realm Autumn Edition: every 3 hours from 00:30 to 21:30 UTC (8 runs of 60 minutes), guilds of 10 to 20 members. Permanent Realm: 07:30 and 19:30 UTC, guilds of 10 to 50. Other schedules are on the events page.
GP, VIP and the Autumn GP special per realm
The live GP rate per euro, including the Autumn GP special, is shown in the stat cards above. Every GP package is on the shop page, and the supporter XP bonus is in the server profile.
GP transfers between realms carry a 10% fee and only the Permanent Realm can receive them; the January 2026 announcement allows one transfer per destination realm. VIP tiers also open channels 202 to 206 and raise event entry limits; see the MUOnline.ai server profile.
