The table below covers the jewels described in Webzen's jewel guide. Success rates are Webzen's base rates; MUOnline.ai does not publish its own values for Bless, Soul and Life. A dash means the guide gives no rate for that jewel.

How do you upgrade an item from +0 to +15?
Upgrades follow one path, and the jewel you need changes with the item level:
- +0 to +6: use Jewel of Bless. Webzen lists no failure chance for this range.
- +7 to +9: use Jewel of Soul at 50%, or 75% if the item has Luck.
- +10 to +15: combine the item in the Chaos Machine. Every combination needs a Jewel of Chaos, and VIP mixes on MUOnline.ai succeed at 99%.
- Options: add or raise the item option with Jewel of Life (50%), then add a yellow Harmony option with Jewel of Harmony and raise it with Refining Stones.
Because Luck lifts the Soul rate from 50% to 75%, items with Luck are the safer choice for +7 to +9. Search the full item list to compare weapons, armor and wings before you spend jewels on them.
Where do jewels drop on MUOnline.ai?
MUOnline.ai runs two realms with different drop balance. The Permanent Realm (5000x EXP) is the long-term home for your main character; the Speed Realm Autumn Edition (99,999x EXP, live since Friday 2 October 2026, 16:00 CEST) is a limited season with more drops.

When the Speed Realm season closes, you can export up to 2 characters per account to the Permanent Realm. Compare both realms on the realm hub and check Icewind Castle and other event times on the events page. Once you have picked a realm, create a free account and download the client.

The server's VIP configuration sets fixed Chaos Machine rates for VIP accounts.

Which jewels are exclusive to MUOnline.ai?
These six MUOnline.ai custom jewels are exclusive to this server. They do not appear in the item data table on this page.
- Volt Jewel: much higher drops on the Speed Realm Autumn Edition, plus more Volt rewards from Icewind Castle there.
- Vibrant Jewel: Kingz Dragon and Giant Treasure have a chance to drop it on the Speed Realm.
- Orange, High Kingz, Emperor and Supreme Jewels: drop more often from high-level monsters on the Speed Realm.

What is the Volt Jewel in MU Online?
The Volt Jewel is a MUOnline.ai custom jewel. It drops far more often on the Speed Realm Autumn Edition; the exclusive jewels section above covers it alongside the other custom jewels.

On the Speed Realm Autumn Edition, Kingz Dragon and Giant Treasure have a chance to drop this MUOnline.ai custom jewel. The realm hub lists the Permanent Realm at its standard drop balance.
Which realm is better for farming jewels?
For fast jewel farming, the Speed Realm Autumn Edition has more Kingz and Fire Dragons, easier bosses and much higher custom jewel drops. For a character you keep long term, pick the Permanent Realm; compare both on the realm hub.
