How MU Online skills work

Learning skills: orbs, scrolls, books and evolution quests

Use a skill orb, scroll or book from monsters or NPC shops once you meet its requirements, finish a class evolution quest, or buy master tree nodes with master points. Drop sources are in the skill drops guide.

Skill stats explained

Base Damage: the value before weapon, gear, buffs and master points.
Req. Level: the level needed to learn and use the skill; the highest in this file is 400.
Req STR / DEX / VIT / ENE / CMD: minimum stats; the largest one usually hints at the scaling stat.
Imprint: a relative scaling score, not a damage figure.

Master skill tree: what it is and how it appears in this list

Master levels after the 3rd class evolution

The master skill tree is a Webzen system from the Season 6 era (Rage Fighter's tree was completed on 21 December 2011). After the 3rd evolution, such as Blade Master, characters past level 400 earn master levels and spend master points on nodes.

Strengthener, Mastery and Enhancement nodes (531 entries)

531 of the 967 entries are tree nodes (rank 1 to 9 in SkillList.xml), such as Weapon Mastery and Flame Strengthener; the other 436 are regular skills. Read the master skill tree guide or a class tree such as the Dark Knight guide, then plan your master points with a simple point-budget calculator (not a full tree simulator).

Resets, master levels and commands on MUOnline.ai

/reset returns you to level 1 (/reset auto needs VIP 5), /addstr, /addagi, /addvit, /addene and /addcmd spend points up to the 60,000 cap, and /evoquest upgrades your class fast.

How do I get skills in MU Online?

Use a skill orb, scroll or book from monsters or NPC shops once you meet the requirements in this list. Some skills come with class evolution quests; master tree nodes cost master points after the 3rd class change.

What is the master skill tree and are master skills in this list?

It is the post-level-400 progression: after the 3rd class evolution you earn master levels and spend the points on tree nodes. Yes, 531 of the 967 entries here are tree nodes.

Can I reset my skills or master tree on MUOnline.ai?

/reset returns your character to level 1 on both the Permanent Realm and the Speed Realm Autumn Edition, and the /add commands redistribute stat points. No master tree reset command is listed, so ask on Discord before spending master points.
