Register in about a minute
- Username: 4-10 letters, numbers or underscores. It is also your in-game login; only the password can be changed later.
- Email: a mainstream provider such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or ProtonMail. Disposable domains are refused.
- Nothing else: no password or payment details are asked. Under 16? You need parental permission.
What happens after you click Register
1. Set your password from the email link
Your account exists straight away, and the emailed link to set your password works for 60 minutes. No email? Check spam, then press Resend email (backup server): up to 3 times, 60 seconds apart, within 30 minutes. After that, use Lost Password.
2. Download the client
Get the PC client and install steps from the download page.
3. Log in and choose a realm
- Permanent Realm: 5000x EXP, 60,000 max stats, stays online.
- Speed Realm Autumn Edition: 99,999x EXP, 60,000 max stats, live since 2 October 2026, 16:00 CEST, with a Blood Angel set in the starting inventory. It runs for a few weeks.

One account, two realms
Both realms share one account database, so the same username and password work on the Permanent Realm and the Speed Realm Autumn Edition. Characters are separate per realm, and all 16 classes are available.
After the Speed Realm closes, you can export up to 2 of its characters to the Permanent Realm in one batch. Invited by a friend or guild? Register through their link so the invite is credited.

Log in with your username and password, or reset it through Lost Password. The password can be changed any time in the account panel.
Account safety, terms and refunds
To keep bots out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and allows 3 registration attempts per IP address every 15 minutes. We never ask for your password by email or Discord; enter it only on muonline.ai and in the game launcher.
Purchases and donations are non-refundable except where required by law; report billing errors within 7 days. Read the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, or contact us.
Registration FAQ
Is a MU Online account on MUOnline.ai free?
Yes. Registration, the client and both realms are free, and the form never asks for payment details. VIP can be earned without paying too: VIP 3 for 14 days costs 100 Vote Points.
Do I need a separate account for each realm?
No. One MUOnline.ai account logs in on both realms, and each realm keeps its own characters.
I did not receive the password email. What now?
Check your spam folder first, then use Resend email (backup server) on the confirmation screen. If that no longer works, request a new link through Lost Password or ask in Discord.
Which email providers can I use to register?
Mainstream providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, ProtonMail, iCloud, GMX and Web.de. Unknown or disposable domains show 'This email provider is not allowed'; tell us in Discord if your provider is refused.
When can I start claiming daily rewards?
Once your account is 60 minutes old and you have a character at level 50 or higher. Missions then pay up to 15 Vote Points a day, and each verified MU Top 100 vote adds 1 Vote Point every 12 hours.
